Shipping Policy
1. Where We Ship
Sticky Alchemy currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or to international destinations.
If you are outside our shipping area, you are welcome to design stickers on the platform, but you will not be able to place an order until we expand. We may add additional destinations in the future. Please check this page for updates.
2. Production and Delivery Times
Each order is custom-printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Typical timelines:
- Production: 3 to 5 business days from order placement
- Transit: typically 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S. via standard shipping
- Total estimated time: roughly 1 to 2 weeks from order to delivery
Estimates are not guarantees. Production and shipping times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat $5.00 within the United States regardless of destination or order size up to the free-shipping threshold.
Orders of 15 or more stickers (any mix of sizes) ship free. The free-shipping discount applies automatically at checkout once your cart reaches 15 stickers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking data may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the shipping notification.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that are incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner as undeliverable, our partner holds the package for up to 30 days. We can arrange to reship the order to a corrected address; however, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the package is not claimed within 30 days, it will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipping notification, please contact us at support@stickyalchemy.com with your order ID. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Claims for lost or delayed packages must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for the replacement procedure. In short, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
