Do you offer bulk discounts for community or creator drops?

Yes. Tiered discounts apply automatically: 5% off at 25+ stickers, 7.5% at 50+, and 10% at 100+. Shipping is also free on any order of 15 or more, which usually matters more than the percentage discount on smaller drops.

Can I match my brand or stream colors exactly?

For prompts, mention the color by name and the AI gets close ("teal and rose gold", "Twitch purple #9146FF"). For exact brand colors, generate the design, then email support with the hex codes and we can manually color-correct before printing.

What's the minimum order size?

One sticker. Seriously — we print on demand, so there is no minimum order quantity. Most creator orders are 25–100 stickers because that is where the bulk discount + free shipping economics kick in, but you can absolutely order a single sticker if you just want to test the print quality first.

How fast can you turn around stickers for an event?

Production runs 3 to 5 business days and US transit runs 3 to 7 business days, so plan for ~2 weeks lead time end-to-end. If you have a hard event deadline, email support@stickyalchemy.com before ordering and we can flag your production run for expedited handling when possible.

Can I order custom die-cut shapes, or only the standard sizes?

Right now we ship kiss-cut vinyl in three square sizes (3×3, 4×4, 5.5×5.5 inches) — but kiss-cut means the cut line follows the artwork, so a circular logo prints as a circular sticker, not a square one. True custom die-cut shapes outside those bounding boxes are not available yet.
