Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
Every Sticky Alchemy sticker is custom-printed on demand from a design you create. Because each order is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or designs you no longer want. The exceptions below cover situations where something has actually gone wrong with your order.
By placing an order, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy along with our Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or visible shipping damage, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, contact us at support@stickyalchemy.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear, well-lit photos of the issue (the sticker, the damage, and the shipping package if relevant)
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will reprint and reship the affected items at no charge. Minor variations in color, finish, or cut alignment are inherent to print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.
3. Buyer's Remorse and Change of Mind
Because each sticker is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer like the design, or have a different use in mind. The design preview shown during checkout is the design that will be printed.
4. Wrong Size Selected
Sticker size is displayed throughout the design and checkout flow. Because we cannot resell a printed sticker that was correctly produced to the size you selected, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for size mistakes. If you would like a different size, you are welcome to place a new order.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to our fulfillment partner as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect or incomplete address), the partner will hold the package for up to 30 days. We can arrange to reship to a corrected address, but the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the package is not claimed within 30 days, it will be discarded and no refund will be issued. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipping notification, please contact us at support@stickyalchemy.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or, at our discretion, issue a refund to your original payment method.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after we process them.
Credits used during signup or promotion are not refundable for cash. Purchased credits follow the rules described in our Terms and Conditions.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@stickyalchemy.com. We resolve nearly all issues directly and far more quickly than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and may limit our ability to assist you in the future.
